Is coco-fashion.com Legit?

Terrible. I tried to return an item of clothing, but they said they don’t have my purchase in the system. Then I gave them my order number and they sent an email saying they will have to “review my purchase” then they will decide if they will accept the return or not. Trash store. Don’t buy from them

I've ordered a few items from Coco-Fashion. I was very impressed with the coat I bought. Nothing was spared in either fashion, fit, fabric or detailed sewing techniques. It was excellent quality and striking design. My recent purchase was an embellished tee-shirt top. The fabric is soft, and it's nicely made and fits my U.S. figure (no tightness anywhere despite double-checking sizing.) Free shipping was the deal sealer since the cost of shipping usually forces me to abandon my cart.

This company seems to be aligned with another company called Joytidy another scam company. Buyer beware do not buy anything from this or the other company. Complete scams. Joytidy mobile no. Invalid.Address is a private house email invalid both are scams!!!!

I would give a negative if I could. Experienced a female member virtually throw the plate of food with no verbal comms at all. The elderly lady was left in shock. Conversations were held between what I would say are non returning local people. Clearly the manager doesn't have a clue how to run a business... Try some of the others all isn't lost Nobbles, Tilly's offer a great welcoming service and quality produce. Who wants to send a fortune on a miserable experience, AVOID.

Less than 1 star...0 stars they sent me garbage material and the outfit was supposed to be sequins. Each link to their customer service for returns brings up a different company and then that probably fake company tells you they aren't them and can't help you. Complete trash I wouldn't even drape my windows let alone wear this literal garbage

This company is a fraud, they send out poor quality that’s worth pennies to their customers and scam them with a high price, terrible flimsy packaging and when I commented on their IG profile, they BLOCKED me, don’t ever buy from them, lesson learned. I’m fuming right now

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ordered this beautiful velvet jacket and received it yesterday and it is complete CRAP! Definitely not velvet more like a cheap felt. I emailed company and they will do nothing about it , offered me 10% off my purchase price. Complete FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.

This is an unscrupulous company! Avoid. If you do eventually receive your order, you will find their sizes are random, the workmanship is shoddy and they do not comply with their own returns policy. Instead they email back with creepy sycophantic phrases offering 10% and requesting you please don’t send the garments back because the manager of the Chinese warehouse will not receive them. I’ll give my tops to a charity shop for scrap materials.

We bought a top from the Elencoco.com website, which was described as having an embroidered design whereas in fact it was crudely printed. As others have found, the company refused to give a return even though they had misrepresented the product and their terms state that the contract is under English Law.

I really wish I found this page before making my order. I feel so jerked! My product came and the quality hurt my feelings more than it hurt my pockets. I could’ve made this myself. I emailed for return, but yes - it goes to China at your own expense. It feels hopeless as some ppl claim they still never got their refund. I expressed my hesitation but beyond their first reply (like a standard / auto-generated email), I stopped receiving responses.

I agree with al the bad reviews and wish that I had read them prior to purchasing 2 dresses. The bear no relation to the photographs. They look like bin bags but even my bin bags are of better quality yhan these dresses.KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

After 6 months of liaising with the customer service team, I still have yet to obtain a refund from Coco Fashion after being told that my refund was ready to be processed. They asked me for all my bank details, Paypal account etc which I have all provided, with the only respond being that the refund could not be processed due to "some" issues. Haven't seen such bad customer service. Please do not bother purchasing from them. After all low quality products & customer service is what Coco Fashion's business model seems to be.

I ordered 3 dresses in May and just received my Order yesterday. What I received was a fugly sweater, a black knee length romper and a night time backwoods ( Backwoods is used to smoke weed) onsie. To say the least this is not what I ordered and it definitely wasn’t worth my 85$ :( I’m sad and disappointed because I had plans with those dresses .please let’s report this site so it doesn’t happen to more people

Absolutely shocking outfits - look nothing like the pictures, sizes also inaccurate. You think you are buying from USA but it's China - buyer beware and always look up the reviews to ensure you are buying from good source - I will be in future. Do not buy from this Company!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The clothes are extremely cheaply made from China. The clothing is not even cotton, it's essentially plastic. The customer service is terrible and they refuse to refund my $200 worth of clothing despite several requests to return the items. Do not waste your money!!!!

I should have checked the reviews on Just Red Coco! I agree with previous reviewers; total scam!! Be careful of what you purchase online! The items I ordered were cheap and didn't look as good as they did in photos. When I submitted a return request I was given instructions to send the items to some shady address in LA and email them back with the tracking number. I sent them back on July 10th, it is now August 23rd and I'm still communicating with the company about a refund on 3 items. I'm doubtful I'll ever see the refund.

Ths website is a fraud/scam, I ordered a dressed, and arrived different item, no option to get a refund and also took weeks to arrive the package as the company is based in China not in US as it says at their website.Dont make the same mistake I did, dont buy anything from the is a totally scam.

I ordered from this company (the denim shirt dress) under the impression that it was run by two women in the States (Grace and Lilly). The dress has just arrived and it is very poor quality - I'm now under the impression that this is just another company based in China, posing as a great company in the States. Steer well clear - this is clearly a scam!

Purchased two pieces from this place.One was delivered, the other wasn’t. I had no communication from them despite several emails. “Terrible Do Not Waste Your Money”

Fabrics are cheap and unforgiving prints do not look like photos on site. Very tight in arms and shoulders completely constricts movement. I ordered XL and am 140lbs. Requested a return they asked for pictures and I sent those as well. After 3 more return request emails they responded with we do not accept returns for size and fit. $90 for a complete load of crap. I can't even begin to explain the tight, thin, cheapness of this fabric. Besides the shapes of the blouses. It's all off. This is my daughter in the pics 130lbs in an XL. They are tight across shoulders even on her.

I ordered months ago, still have not received my product and when you try to call them, the phone number doesn't even work. I am beyond mad.

It took weeks longer then I was told and when the items came they were garbage quality. They expect customers to lose original shipping cost even when you paid for express and they were late them they expect you to pay the return cost to a China. By the time you eat all those costs it's not worth doing it. Terrible company, cheap clothes, and you'll not likely receive them on time. Be wary!

“False Advertising”

Im beyond upset at this company. I spent 86.97 on three shirts that looked awesome online. When I received the items they had scrunchy sleeves that constricted my arms so tightly that within seconds I could feel the blood circulation cutting of to my lower arms. I had to take it off immediately. Then I noticed little strings hanging around the sleeves on both shirts with that style. The third shirt was a long sleeve with regular cuffs and the image on the long sleeve was distorted and pixelated. I'm currently in the process of starting a legal dispute because after expressing my serious dissatisfaction they said they had a no return policy. What? Nowhere is that stated on their site for consumers to see easily or the ad through which I purchased and I took screenshots of everything for proof. I've forwarded them the Florida guidelines about returns needing to be made when a company doesn't comply with making their return policy's noticeable for consumers. They still haven't responded so my next steps for a refund is getting official papers drawn up. Don't bother with this site please. They are terrible, they lie about the product descriptions and they send you a five dollar worth material item when your paying almost $30 dollars per item. Choose other brands there's tons out there that are more reliable and I should've done more research on them. Please save yourself this horrible experience. I'm about to run there name into the dirt and post more comments all over their platforms because I'm beyond words. During a pandemic the last thing you should be doing is taking advantage of people like this. - From an extremely sad customer

First of all it took forever for me to receive my purchase and once I finally did it was only half of what I ordered and the clothing looked nothing like what was actually on the website. In a world with so much junk and so much deceptive marketing, there is Taylor Coco at its core. And, dammit, I fell for it. Their marketing is good. Their product is crap, but good for lots of laughs. What you order won't fit because it appears to be made by blind, day-drinking arthritics new to sewing. It will take forever to arrive, and you will wonder what you were drinking when you fell into this trap. Apparently returning it to China is an even bigger joke than the merchandise. “DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY”

Worst online company. Took 2 months to get the garbage product. Sizes run very small and description/color is different then how they describe it. One blouse looked like sleeves came to the elbows and it was long sleeve. Material is so thin. I wanted to return 3 items I bought and they said no returns. They did offer to refund me 12.00 of the 97.00 purchase and they would let me keep the 3 pieces. I guess they felt that was all the 3 garments were worth. They are liars and mislead people to buy. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. I don't know how they can stay in business. Took 3 items to Goodwill. Working with my bank on getting a refund.

I purchased dresses from this website and i was just so happy when i got my packaged. They are so pretty and good quality too. The shipping was fast the fact the it was a free shipping. Price are very reasonable, really nice clothes and styles. The only thing that i was too satisfied was the customer service, but still they answered all my questions. So over all it was a great experience for me and i will definitely buy from them again.

They will give you a line saying the item "is not available" after almost 3 weeks of waiting for it. Then, will lie about refunding the money back to you by claiming it has already been refunded. In fact, such a thing never happened. They even told me they emailed me about it. When I think about it now, I suspect the item was never really available in the first place. There was no email to cancel the order, no confirmation of the refund, no updates, no details whatsoever. The dresses, if they even exist, are so well-priced, however they are almost always not available. It is a scam. Save your money and buy from a more reputable seller. You have been warned.

Was worried that it was too good to be true. But ordered 4 dresses the first time and they arrived within 2 weeks. I was so impressed with the quality that I ordered a coat and 3 more dresses. Once again they arrived with amazing speed. I did use DHL both times for delivery. Will continue to order from this site! Love it!
