Is kinguin.net Legit?

Weakest feature of Kinguin are its 3rd party suppliers often offering keys which are no longer in stock however kinguin is trying to make up for it by swift refunds. Other than that I have no complaints. As far as my latest purchase all went fine and the game itself is rather on the weaker side (Turok 3: SoO) and here we go again while devs of remaster did well it is the game itself which is the main weakness. Like with reliable Kinguin and its not so reliable suppliers.

It should be noted that kinguin is a grey market reselling platform so the origin of the keys is unknown. That being said i've used the platform for a good few keys and haven't encountered an issue with any of them. My biggest gripe with Kinguin is the fees that are only displayed at checkout which makes the initial price often not as good as it first appeared.

I was able to purchase the codes I needed for a product, but sadly, I needed to use Giftcards to do so. However, The giftcards were not enough to buy the product I needed with the Aztec card. Certain banks do not allow transactions on gaming sites that use alternate methods of payment. Nonetheless, hopefully, banks will allow reputable sites like this to make payment with credit cards.

Beware of this site, there are many cases of fraud, for example, selling a gesture from a game at the price of an expansion, which is a deliberate attempt to mislead the customer. Kinguin after reviewing the case, sided with the fraudster.

Ongoing legal case against Kinguin. This site supplied gambling vouchers for a site called Betbeard.com which was a complete scam. The site Betbeard.com stole over £1000 from me and no goods or services were ever provided before they shut down stealing my balance. Kinguin illegally charged me for the Betbeard vouchers using a gaming merchant code rather than a gambling merchant code and thus are in breach of Mastercard/VISA terms of service, to this day they will not respond to me because they know they are in the wrong. However, enough is enough, people need to know how this company have aided and abetted a criminal enterprise to launder money illegally.

I made a purchase from Kinguin (MSFS*******) in Dec 21, and since the beginning it did not work. After several exchanged mails without any resolution I requested a refund, once I'm entitled to it, according to UE online commerce legislation. Unfortunately till today (one week passed) my issue was not resolved, they keep stalling me new instructions not working and do not provide me with the refund.
