nike.com Review

The Scam Detector website Validator gives nike.com a fairly high trust score on the platform: 81.8. It signals that the business is best defined by the following tags: Fair. Valid. Known.. We are confident about our score as we also partner with other high-tech, fraud-prevention companies that found the same issues. So, why this score? We came up with the 81.8 score based on 53 aggregated factors relevant to nike.com's industry. The algorithm detected a low risk for activity related to phishing, spamming, and other factors noted in the Fair. Valid. Known. tags above. Long story short, we deemed this a known website, with a low scam probability. But let's explain in more detail.

Explaining Our Analytical Approach

We've displayed some important information within the Company Details section above, each deserving more explanation:

  • Proximity to Suspicious Websites
  • Threat Profile
  • Phishing Profile
  • Malware Score
  • Spam Score
  • Domain Blacklist Status
  • HTTPS connection
  • Domain Creation Date

While some are self-explanatory concerning nike.com, let's look closer at the remaining ones.

Proximity to Potentially Harmful Websites

This metric gauges the connection, scored on a scale of 1 to 100, between nike.com and websites marked as suspicious. Elevated scores point to a stronger link with these questionable online destinations. It's worth noting that website owners might not always be aware of their site's proximity to these dubious platforms or servers. However, a "Proximity to Suspicious Websites" score surpassing 80 strongly indicates a high-risk website, while a score below 30 signifies a less-threatening site.

Risk Factors: Threat, Phishing, Malware, and Spam

These indicators reveal the vulnerabilities and elements embedded within the HTML code of nike.com. They become especially pertinent if the website has received reports from internet users who've encountered unsolicited emails, ads, or messages related to the site. In the context of nike.com, our investigation continues working to pinpoint the specific category, but we welcome your insights in the comments below. A high Malware score generally implies the presence of suspicious code that might be unknowingly disseminated. Conversely, a high Spam score hints at a possibly spam-ridden email address associated with the business. Scores under 30 in both categories are reassuring, but any score surpassing this threshold should raise concerns. nike.com is an innocuous suspicious website, given all the risk factors and data numbers analyzed in this in-depth review. Share your experience in the comments.

Domain Blacklisting Status

This term indicates whether nike.com has landed on any online directories' blacklists and earned a suspicious tag.

Assessing HTTPS Connectivity

This section provides insight into whether nike.com boasts an 's' at the end of the 'HTTP' protocol listed in your browser's address bar. If the tab displays in green, consider it a positive sign.

Safe Check

We want our trust scores and reviews to be as accurate as possible so that you can protect yourself from online fraud. Our algorithm aggregates factors that efficiently analyze a company's website, in this case, nike.com.

Recently ordered from Nike's site. Order took about 2 weeks to get here. I was surprised because I didn't get emails about shipping updates, I only got a text when the clothing was on its way. It said it came in separate shipments however everything was in one package. Confusing all around.
Really consider buying from here !! Ordered my nephew an England top, which arrived nearly a week late,I could only contact online as none of the phone numbers are valid! On numerous occasions they said it had been cancelled but still turned up !I then returned the top which had been customised, but they only refunded me for the top,I had to pay for the name and numbers for a top which I didn't have !!Impossible to get hold of and for a company like Nike, appalling customer service !
You go to their flagship in Oxford street, what a waste of space. 3 floors and not enough items. You go to Kings Cross, mainly shoes so one has to resort to their online site.Very disappointing quality and sizes are inconsistent. I returned two lots of items and each time NIKE decided to partial refund and deduct around £5 for no reason. One cannot contact them to check. Staff at the stores have no idea why.. Shame on you Nike, big time never again.
I am extremely disappointed with the WMNS ZOOMX INVINCIBLE RUN shoes. I never expected such poor quality from Nike. I bought these shoes as a birthday gift for my wife and was initially very excited. We picked them up from a Nike store, but they turned out to be too tight. We exchanged them for a larger size, but even then, they didn't fit properly.Since my wife couldn't wear them, I decided to use them myself. After just a few days, I noticed that the shoes were starting to tear apart from the bottom. This is incredibly frustrating, especially coming from a brand like Nike. These were the most expensive shoes I have ever purchased, and I regret spending good money on them. The quality is truly disappointing, and I hate wearing them now.
It’s been almost 2 months and Nike has really troubled me. I returned two Nike shoes (purchased from another vendor) to Nike by mistake. After daily chasing them they said they cannot give me the shoes back as they probably have recycled them. Instead they said they will refund me the amount via digital gift card . It’s been twice a week 30 mins phone calls, explaining to each person on call the issue and then they telling me it’s been escalated. 2 months after here I am still no gift card issued.Troubling clients, and destroying their mental peace. This is what a brand like Nike does ?Nike being one of the best Shoe brands in the world cannot resolve a customers issue ?
NEVER BUY NIKE ONLINE THEY SUCK BIG TIME!!! Bought shoes in March n had a bad return experience. To top it up, still didn't get my refund till todate after numerous times emailing their CS. They send me an attachment to proof that they refunded but the doc clearly show that their refund has failed!! Downright frustrating. If there is an option I won't even give them a star.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Ordered 2 printed kids England shirts, supposed to of been delivered by yesterday, instead I got an email in the morning saying "my order is delayed" then another mid afternoon saying "my order has been cancelled AS I REQUESTED !" Now I'm trying to find them in shops (which is like looking for rocking horse **** !) Well I've learnt my lesson, never buying Nike again & I hope you all don't.....England, CHANGE YOUR KIT PROVIDER ASAP !!!
Great until you need customer services then it’s all script based and no common sense used! Had an issue with some shorts I bought after one wear. Contacted customer services and asked me to return for a refund when all I wanted was a replacement. Said they couldn’t do that and I had to buy them again? Now with an extra 3rd of the price. So get a faulty item not only do you have to return it you have to pay more for the exact same replacement
I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews. I always order from Nike. Good things, low prices. Free 1 day delivery. If the size does not fit, the return is not at my expense. I ordered over the weekend and received it on Monday. Super fast delivery. I love! Thank you you are great
If I could give a zero rating I definitely would , but I can’t . The worst customer service ever I was hung up on today due to them not understanding my issue .. I placed an order for Nike slides on the 28 of may i received a whole pair of shoes and not slides okay mistakes happen I get it. I sent the shoes back for exchange on the 4th of June it’s the 17th I haven’t received an order number an email or a phone call about it .. the worst everrrrrrrr like I’m thinking about not shopping with them anymore due to this .. horrible customer service , shoes are good no complaints on them but I’m pissed I don’t have my order .. do better Nike unacceptable actions here
Returned them a parcel with a return label provided by them. Has weight on from the post office. By some sort of a magic Nike hadn’t received the full return despite the weight proving it. They won’t refund me and it’s been 2 months me chasing them …. I will never ever shop from Nike!
Always a seamless shopping experience. So efficient, so easy to deal with. Their app is flawless. Easy to buy, easy to return if you need to. 10/10 for me.
I wanted to get the philly dunk low it was 9:00 and i was getting ready to buy them a few seconds later poof there out of stock the nike launching algorithm is ass i wish they can make the damn system better
Worst shoes ever, bought 5 pairs of air max 1 at the same time. Every pair was returned as they literally fall apart after few days, material quality is the worst I’ve seen ever on any shoes. All my ACG gear is tearing apart. I don’t understand how company like Nike can get away with it. Going for reebok now! Nike has lost the plot!
Completely incompetent and had to threaten them with a credit card chargeback to get anything done. Beware, despite being a billion dollar company, none of this is spent on customer service or logistics. I ordered the new England kit for my sons birthday and added a number and his name. Delivery was supposed to be in 7 days giving me a 1 day buffer. 2 days before it should have come I get an email saying it has been 'delayed'. Nothing more. Frantically I try to speak to a human being only to get bots and nonsense and finally when I do speak to someone they tell me, 'you need to wait', no explanation of what the problem is or a delivery update, just 'wait' and that 'we have no way to communicate with the warehouse'. The promised delivery date comes and goes with no change so I tell them I need to cancel as they've let me down and I get told I can't. Several hours of trying to speak to a person who has understands the situation is wasted before I threaten to do a credit card chargeback and they agree to cancel, telling me I'll get a confirmation by email (I record the chat transcript). The email never comes and I go out and buy my son the kit, on his birthday. A week and a half later I get confirmation my order is on its way. Cue another hour long chat with CS at which point they tell me I can send it back. I tell them if it comes they have a choice, give it to me for free or collect one evening on a day of my choice, if not there's going to be a chargeback. Amazing how they get their act together when it will cost them money. Given the circumstances any decent company would have apologised (they didn't) and just said keep the shirt for your trouble. Avoid like the plague.
Ordered 4 england shirts for the euros in may. They've still not arrived ! Spoke to them in various ways I was promised by the 11th June, contacted them today they've not been dispatched they are contacting the warehouse to see if they can fulfil the order , but they are still selling them online and promising delivery before Sunday. The last chat was ended when I asked for a guaranteed delivery date ! No offer of a replacement, refund or compensation! They are and absolute joke I would avoid at all costs
A returns procedure this bad can only have been deliberately designed to make things difficult. Even if you're logged in they insist on having order details for the VA, then when transferred to the live rep they want them all again. They even want your name, even though the chat shows your name because you're logged in. Returns take ages to process. I won't buy direct again.
Bought two pairs of runners for my daughters (6&10) & they are the worst quality of any brand I have ever purchased. Fabric filthy after only a few wears & impossible to clean due to mesh fabric. Already worn in other places. I used to think they were a top quality brand; seems the quality has deteriorated by 100% but the price has increased the same amount.
No way to put just zero stars, because this would be my rate.Horrible customer care and very poor shoes quality. The shoe tore just after two months despite a very little use.Tried to be in touch with the customer care but they simply shut down the conversation.Rude and disrespectful about they customers.
Very good service from Caroline and Ben from castleford store junction 32

“Nike shotty workmanship and no warranty.”

I spent over $100 on this Tiger Woods Nike golf shirt and I'm wearing it one day and it starts falling apart. They put a seam in the back and then used a black piece of adhesive tape to connect the two back panels as well as the collar and the shirt literally fell apart. Nike will do nothing about it. It's the last Nike product I will ever buy. I have bought $10 shirts that have lasted longer than this $100 + shirt. Value Returns Quality

“Wrong size”

Shop with you online is a nightmare, always send the wrong size of shoes.this is ridiculous and unbelievable

“Doesn't stand behind their product”

Bought a 3 pack of Nike underwear. One pair was poorly constructed- missed the fabric with the seam, so they wasn't usable. Called Nike customer service and they refused to do anything to fix their crappy product. Service Value Returns Quality

“Never Nike”

Nike is okay to look at but they disintegrate right before your eyes, seriously never wear more than 6 months weather you use a lot or hardly at all… they lose their structural integrity so quickly and this can lead to all kinds of injuries to Feet, Knees and Hips. They are not well made!

“Air force mid”

The First day wearing my new air force1 The front got a big creased in it, nike is making sneakers with cheap materials now, they don't care about customers satisfaction at all, they only care about money, worse places to. Customize shoe is Rip off the same shoe can 150 to change one color, Nike charge you double Tip for consumers:Beware of nike, cheap material, they don't care about customers, they only care about taking your hard working money Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“My Love for Nike Sneakers”

I absolutely love the Nike Women's WMNS Air Max 270 AH6789 100 in White/Black! These shoes are incredibly comfortable and provide excellent support for my runs. The cushioning is top-notch, making each stride feel smooth and effortless. I also appreciate the stylish design that perfectly matches my sporty look. Overall, these shoes have become my go-to option for running, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking comfort and style in their athletic footwear. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Sole is damaged within 4 months of purchasing”

I am writing to express my disappointment with the quality of the [Airforce 1- Invoice No- ******* & Complain no *******] that I purchased from at Phoenix' Mall Mumbai, Within just four months of purchasing these shoes, the sole has become significantly damaged, which is unacceptable for a product of this caliber. After submission all the details and shoes picture in help line, I got replied after 2 days that "we regret to inform you that the claim did not meet our claim eligibility guidelines" I kindly request that i need desired resolution, whether it's a replacement, repair, refund. This experience has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the durability and quality of your footwear. I believe it is low quality sole or manufacturing defects. But your company is giving excuses to me to avoid the replacement. See how it is damaged within four months of purchasing? The nike brand and I have always held your products in high regard. However, this experience has left me dissatisfied and concerned about the durability and quality of your footwear. I believe it is low quality sole or manufacturing defects. But your company is giving excuses to me to avoid the replace or refund Tip for consumers:See how it is damaged within four months of purchasing? the nike brand and I have always held your products in high regard. “Airsole popped after month on $130 sneakers”

Purchased Nike air 270. The air sole popped after a month. Sent them back to Nike for warranty and they denied. Absolutely despicable company, will be spending my families money at other athletic suppliers moving forward Tip for consumers:Do not spend your money on their sub-parr products - they don’t stand behind them Products used:Nike air max 270 Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Military Discount Denial”

Nike's military discount has deteriorated over the years. It started at 20%, then to 10% and now they created a policy to DENY it. For a company worth $151 BILLION, how could this discount affect profits? It reminds me of the BATE and SWITCH. You honor Veterans SOMETIMES! Service Value

“Nike denies Famous Footwear BOGO”

Took our college student in to get new shoes at Famous Footwear during BOGO 1/2 off sale. Advertising signs hanging throughout the store with small print about exclusiuons. At checkout we are charged full price for both pair of Nike's. When questioning sales associate she started that Nike does not allowed their shoes to be included in that sale, which also includes the Nike owed Hey Dudes and Converse. Shame on Nike, your company doesn't profit enough to provide hardworking customers discounts. This is shameful on the company's part. Not to mention I'm sure those sales associates deal with so many angry customers after finding this out. If you don't want to be included then send them a large sign that proudly announces your brands are too good to be discounted. Very disappointed former Nike customer Value

“LAKEISHA WARE DOES VOODOO SHE IS A WITCH”

I know a female name LAKEISHA WARE IN Memphis who says she charges 60$ to get in Nike an brags on doing Hindu voodoo! She has missing teeth an is very $#*! type! “Nike customer service in Dubai”

Imagine that Nike in Dubai is not willing to return or change my daughter sneakers that I bought for my daughter for Eid just because the maid threw the box. I mean, they have no objection to me throwing away sneakers worth 550 dirhams, just for the sake of a box. I don't know how a famous company like Nike has a customer service that don't try to find solutions for customers only telling them the formula of the policy only super disappointed Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Never, ever buy Nike gift cards!”

I purchased a large amount of gift cards prior to Christmas as presents. The gift cards were used prior to Christmas by a scammer. I provided Nike with the receipt for the gift cards with numbers, they have told me that they expect law enforcement to find the scammer for Nike to consider giving us a credit. What responsibility does Nike have to either not sell gift cards or take measures to reduce how scammers can easily scam Nike gift cards? Apparently, none to Nike. The consumer is definitely NOT a priority to this company. Do not buy Nike!

“The Disloyalty of Nike.”

If footlocker can give their customers a better chance of getting the most highly sorted after products then why can't Nike do the same for their customers? It leaves a bad taste in my mouth for sure every time I sit there waiting for ten am to hit the button just to get a message saying you didn't get em. I spend thousands of dollars on your products that are available to me and I feel like that should put me in front of the line. If it's going to be a thing where I have to keep going to the third-party sites paying two and three times as much to get the products I really want then I might as well just delete my SNKRS and Nike accounts and just buy fashion designers shoes from now on.

“Poor quality”

I bought some Jordan 1 og high from finish line for Christmas and the quality on them is horrible, I've been collecting Jordan's for 20 years and I think I'm done buying them completely now. Horrible Tip for consumers:Nike has to do better!!! Products used:I've been collecting Jordan's and Nike shoes for 20 years and now I'm done.. “What Happened To Nike?”

I am a middle-aged sneaker head. Some of my most memorable moments as a kid and young man have been opening those Jordan 4's, 5's and 6's. Those models are my gems. When I'm not rocking a pair of J's, I rock Air Max 1's and 90's, or Air Max slides. I have had an affinity with Nike shoes since I was a child. My 3 decade long loyalty to Nike has been mostly rewarded….up until now. I don't know what happened that manifested such a stark change in their behavior or policies toward their loyal customers, but I recently bought my daughter a nice pair of Jordan Flight sweats she was dying to get for Xmas. Well OnTac delivered the package to wrong house (no surprise there). When I found the house it was delivered to (based on the delivery photo), the package was gone. I've had this happen once before a couple Christmases back. Nike was very supportive and made sure I got properly compensated. It was an unfortunate but relatively painless experience. I was pleased. When I called them today however, the agent was quite combative and was making accusations of a criminal intent, which caught me completely off guard and ended up offending me on a deep level. I was told that Nike will no longer offer me assistance with returns or refunds. I'm appalled that a company would go to such great lengths to treat a valued customer of their's in this manner. I won't lie, it will be hard to separate myself from a company that has brought so much enjoyment to my life. But I can't see myself willingly spending anymore money at Nike. Products used:All. “Nike website and customer service sucks.”

While trying to purchase a pair of Nikes for my grandchild the website blocked my purchase. For no known reason. I called customer service and they couldn't work around it. Please understand I am not a child, have an excellent credit rating with nothing to justify this. An hour and a half later I still could not purchase these shoes for my grandchild. I was told zi would receive an email connecting me to the ability to purchase and never did. My grand daughter is heartbroken and I will never purchase a pair ok Nikes again Service

“Shipping Rip-Off beware Nike.com”

I'm out $68 in shipping charges. I paid $30 for overnight shipping of 2 pairs of shoes for my son who was back from college. The morning they were to arrive I got a notice that they would not be delivered until at least 2 days later after he had already left to go back to school. I used the chat feature for customer service. They blamed their carrier, not my problem...I paid for a service that Nike didn't fulfill. Asked them to cancel order, no can do I was told but I could call the carrier myself if I wanted. Next suggestion, place an identical order and they will deliver next day and I can return the original order. You're kidding me right? They were supposed to refund the $30 in shipping but a week later, I've yet to see a credit. During the course of this chat, I had to endure stupid swoosh language and toward the end of the chat, which was over 30 minutes to be told they couldn't do anything, they started trying to sell me additional merchandise. Unbelievable. Package finally arrives in a giant box too large for 2 pair of shoes. I had to pay $38 to return the shoes. Is just bull. I'll never purchase anything from Nike again. “Trash Product”

Absolute garbage for the price. Shoes were so sloppy it was shameful, for $150. Glue in places it shouldn't be, and not in places it should be! They claimed they were remaking them and just refunded me and I never heard another thing. I would definitely say skip this company and try someone else. They also take weeks to arrive while they bounce around Asia. I county 7 countries before it ever even remotely started to come towards my section of the world. Strange. Sad. No thanks Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

“Retro customer jilted bad as reward for 40 years loyalty hurt bad inside.”

I loved Nikes since I first saw them forty plus years ago. I been a loyal and dedicated fan and customer four fifths of my life. I have purchased hundreds of pairs in my life and Jordan's, Nike and Converse for decades and am a vip customer at Nike.com. Today I bought a valentines gift card for my girl and she hated it. Five min later I called and got told I was s!&& out of luck forty years of loyalty and they couldn't refund my money no matter what I said to them. I'm beside myself with rage knowing I helped make these jerks rich being loyal to the point of exclusive to this company. I have spent 100s of thousands on these clothes only to be sniffed and made to choke down this gift card for 125 bucks. I'm so furious that I'm not even using it period I will never as long as I am alive. Forty years of spending here only to be told it don't matter j I will never use this brand again. Choking down the gidts

“Nike Highpoint”

What a wonderful store! Manager Aidan, was a respectful, articulate and extremely helpful young man. It's lovely to see, that customer service definitely exists in this store!. Great team... Thank you

“They charge for shipping and delay refunding taxes”

Ordered pair of shoes and returned as it was unsatisfactory. Nike didn't refund shipping costs and withheld refunding taxes I paid. When I called they said the taxes will be refunded at a later date

It automatically blocks 100x more harmful websites than competitors and 10x more malicious downloads than any other security tool. It was tested and vetted by our Scam Detector team.

Guardio has over a million users, and while it is already affordable for the benefits it provides (just a few dollars a month), it covers up to 5 family members. For Scam Detector readers exclusively, Guardio offers a 20% discount this week. How To Stop Third Parties From Tracking Your Devices

The second most powerful fraud prevention tool you should consider is Surfshark. Here is why you should get it now, as the first 5 months are free:

  1. They have an award-winning VPN service, protecting your privacy and preventing third parties from tracking your device.
  2. They will notify you when your personal info is leaked online so you can delete your private data from the Internet immediately.
  3. Surfshark has a super powerful antivirus program. It offers you effective protection from viruses and zero-day threats, a lightweight, clean, and easy-to-use app, and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
  4. Check this: They hide your online searches, which means you will get only organic search results without tracking and follow-up ads. For example, when you search for a flight, and the next time you look at the same search, the prices are higher. With Surfshark, this doesn't happen.

For the Black Friday promotion, Surfshark offers 86% off + up to 5 months free to Scam Detector readers. You can get the deal only this week HERE or by clicking the button below. stop third parties to track my device button

Are You the Owner of nike.com?

If you own nike.com, we would love to hear from you. However, if you would like to challenge this review and trust score, we are more than willing to take a deeper look, but be prepared to offer solid proof of your business. Please introduce yourself first (your name, not "Admin"). Consumers are smart. Typically, they don't trust websites that don't show transparency, such as the location of the business, team, or any other physical existence. When domain owners contact us to challenge the trust score of their website on our website Validator, we would kindly ask them to share some of the following things: * Details from their ecosystem that would show that they are 100% trustworthy (certificate of incorporation, business registration, official records showing the name of the website or business, etc.). * Their personal profile on LinkedIn and social media accounts for the business on Facebook. * If possible, some screenshots/proof of satisfied clients (not testimonials on their website), proof of inventory, canceling orders when requested, etc.). We are more than willing to update the review right away—the more proof you show, the higher the trust score will be.
